Return of goods purchased in the online store:

You may return goods (if the product has not been used, has the factory labels, marketable appearance, consumer properties, etc.) within 7 calendar days of actual receipt of goods.

To make a return by mail, follow these steps:

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging in its complete package (bundled items should also be returned as a complete package);

Fill out the return form attached to your order;

Attach a copy of the cash voucher, bill of sale or other documents confirming the fact of purchase, indicate the method of return of funds (postal order or transfer to a bank account with the details of the transfer);

The money will be returned to you within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of your return by us in the same payment method that was used to pay for the goods.

Return of goods of improper quality (marriage):

ALENA MODLEN sells only new products of proper quality, but if for any reason you received the goods in bad quality, we will refund 100% of your return shipping costs.
